Application:

It is used for treating the unqualified turbine oil, especially the seriously emulsified turbine oil. This series, which can rapidly and effectively remove the water, gas and impurities aiming at turbine oil’s nature of high water content, easily emulsified and high impurity content, make the oil reach new oil standard.

Features:

1.  Breaking emulsification thoroughly by means of polymeric material.

2.  Dewatering high-effectively with once and for two steps dehydrator method, TY series can thoroughly remove the liquid water, free water and 80% of dissolved water.

3        With zhongneng’s distinctive removing impurities technique filtering through double FH trapezoidal network and absorbing by polymeric material, this machine can make the ß3 surpass or equal to 200 and make the cleanness not surpass grade 6 (NAS1638).

4        With the trapezoidal, spiral, automatic back flushing system.

5        With the advanced dielectric condensation devices.

6        On-line oil purification can be carried out with turbine or water turbine automatically without any person. 

Advantages:

LYE regeneration System is particularly suitable to regenerate internal-combustion engine oil including diesel engine oil, gasoline engine oil and internal-combustion engine oils. LYE can effectively remove colloid, oxide, acid, pitch, particles, impurities, water, gas in the oil. Specially, LYE can restore the color of used internal-combustion engine oil and remove the scent rapidly.

Characteristics:
1. The vacuum oil filter researched and developed, can treat low and high viscosity lubricating oil in various kinds. It needs no special conditions on environment except electricity and waste oil. The waste oil can be treated everywhere and whenever. The operation is simple and easy. The maintenance for the equipment is simple and easy, too. And the cost is very little.

2. When using this equipment to deal with any polluted oil, some chemical agent is needed. It is purely mechanical and physical and chemical purifying methods. The oil treated remains the same nature and function.

3. Water cooling method is adopted. Therefore, the vapor separated from the polluted oil can be condensed into liquid in few minutes and discharged completely soon. Thus, the water source is protected as the water cooling method consumers much fresh water (it is special suitable for treating the high-viscosity oil and the water-in-oil that is quite abnormal.)

4. Environmentally friendly, no acid used during operations.

5. The filters in filtering systems are made of stainless steel. It can extend lifetime of filtering systems. Traditional filter is made of fabric or papers which need to be replaced frequently. So using stainless steel filter can largely decrease operation cost for customers.

6. This oil purifier used a physiochemical reaction, which can eliminate the electric charge between polar particulate in waste oil purification, which is gathered into large particles and remove. It is also can remove colloid, bitumen and other compound.
